If we terminate an account, any current or pending purchases on your account will be cancelled and will not be dispatched.
We reserve the right to cancel purchases without stating reasons, for any reason prior to processing payment and dispatch.
If purchases are cancelled for any reason prior to dispatch you will be refunded any monies paid in relation to those purchases.
If you terminate the account any non-dispatched purchases will be cancelled and a full refund of any monies paid in relation to those purchases will be paid through the payment method used when the goods were purchased.
Pricing
We reserve the right to update pricing of products on the site at any time. All purchases are subject to availability and Alpha Grooming reserves the right to refuse to supply to any individual or company for whatever reason.
All prices are quoted in pounds sterling unless otherwise stated.
In the unlikely event that the price shown on the checkout page is wrong, and we discover this before accepting your order, we are not required to sell the goods to you at the price shown. We always try and ensure that the prices of goods shown on our website are accurate, but occasionally genuine errors may occur. If we discover an error in the price of the goods that you have ordered we will let you know as soon as possible and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling it. If you cancel your order and you have already paid for the goods, then you will receive a full refund.
You confirm that the credit, debit card or PayPal account that is being used is yours. All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorisation by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorise payment to us we will not be liable to you for any delay or non-delivery.
You may only use one discount code with each order. We reserve the right to reject or cancel any orders where you add more than one discount code to the basket.
We allow you to use discount codes strictly on the terms and conditions upon which they were issued which, amongst other things, may include terms relating to your eligibility to use them and a maximum order value.

Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. If we have insufficient stock to deliver the goods ordered by you we may, at our option, send a carefully selected substitute. If the substitute item has a lower price we will refund you the difference. We will not charge you more than your original order total without your permission. We will not be obliged to offer compensation for any disappointment suffered.

Special offers are subject to availability and may change without notice. When a free or discounted product is issued as part of a special offer, this must be returned or full selling price paid if the qualifying product is returned as unwanted.
Multibuy Offers

We deliver to all parts of the UK and Ireland only.
Delivery Prices and Timescales
We aim to dispatch orders the same working day if orders are received prior to 2:00pm (over 95% of orders are dispatched within this timeframe) however stock availability can affect this. For orders received after 2:00pm the order will be dispatched the next working day.

The delivery times above are from date of dispatch (transit time only). All delivery dates are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.
Delivery Address
You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to your workplace for example or to a friend as a gift. Please try to give an address where there will be someone present to receive your order between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the goods to be left in a safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.
Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability is shown on our website, however if we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. We do not guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.
Items displayed as 'Out of Stock' are temporarily out of stock. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, please choose another product but be rest assured we are working hard to get these items back in as soon as possible. Once back in stock these items will be available to order again.
Force Majeure
We shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, terrorism, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.
Our Returns Policy
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.
Before attempting to return an order you will need to email sales@alpha-grooming.com to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.
Your Statutory Rights
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For more information about your other statutory rights, please visit the UK Government's website at: www.direct.gov.uk.
How Do I Return Unwanted items?
You have the right to return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt without giving reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must first inform us of your decision to return the unwanted items by emailing us at sales@alpha-grooming.com. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with a unique returns authorisation number and all the necessary information to arrange the return.
The items you are returning must be unopened and in pristine condition in their original packaging and any retail seals must be unbroken. The items must be returned to us within 7 working days following your email notification to us expressing your wish to return the items. Please ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return along with the authorisation number given to you.
Please package the item securely and you will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle you to a full refund. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Upon receipt of your returned items we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
What Should I Do If I Receive an Incorrect Item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes can occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item.
To notify us of an incorrect item please email us within 48 hours of receipt of the item at sales@alpha-grooming.com. We will need to know your order number and details of the item that is incorrect.
We will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience. We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
What Should I Do If My Item is Damaged?
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.
You can contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item through sending an email to sales@alpha-grooming.com. We will need to know your order number and details of the damaged item. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
How Do I Report a Fault With My Product?
Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in more detail. In order to do this we ask that you email us at sales@alpha-grooming.com. Please provide details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message.
Will You Refund My Postage Costs to Return an Item?
We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
- If we sent you the wrong item
- If the item is damaged or faulty
- Where you are returning a substitute item that you do not want to keep
We will not refund postage costs to return items that are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

You must have registered on our website to write a review. We thank you for sharing your views with us and other customers, however all reviews will be checked before they are posted to the site so please follow our guidelines.

All Competitions
These rules will be deemed incorporated into each competition except to the extent that any specific instruction in a competition provides otherwise. By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and be bound by them. All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Competitions are only open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). All entrants are to be aged 18 or over unless any other age restriction is specified or implied.
All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the competition. Answers will be entered upon submission. No responsibility will be taken for any answers that are misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition which we consider have used improper technical means to enter and/or we believe is fraudulent.

Prizes
If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
Only one prize will be awarded per household.
There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable.
Notification
The winner's name will be selected in a random draw, after the closing date, from all correct answers received.
The winner of a prize will be notified within 28 days after the winner has been ascertained.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes.
If the winner of the competition is unable to take up a prize for any reason or if the winner cannot be notified after reasonable efforts having been made then we may dispose of the prize as we think fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.

We aim to dispatch orders the same working day if orders are received prior to 2:00pm (over 95% of orders are dispatched within this timeframe) however stock availability can affect this. For orders received after 2:00pm the order will be dispatched the next working day.

The delivery times above are from date of dispatch (transit time only). All delivery dates are quoted in good faith and we cannot accept liability for any expenses or other costs incurred due to failed or late deliveries.
Delivery Address
You have the option to give a different delivery address to the billing address. This means that you can have the goods sent to your workplace for example or to a friend as a gift. Please try to give an address where there will be someone present to receive your order between 7:30am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday. You also have the option to give instructions for the goods to be left in a safe place; however goods are left at your own risk.
Product Availability
All products are subject to stock availability. Stock availability is shown on our website, however if we have insufficient stock to fulfill the order, we will notify you by e-mail at the address given by you in your registration form. Stock is allocated on a first come first served basis once your order reaches our main server. We do not guarantee the availability of any item based on stock figures shown.
Items displayed as 'Out of Stock' are temporarily out of stock. These products cannot be bought until they are back in stock, please choose another product but be rest assured we are working hard to get these items back in as soon as possible. Once back in stock these items will be available to order again.
Force Majeure
We shall be entitled to cancel or delay delivery of orders if it is delayed, hindered or prevented from delivery through circumstances beyond its control. Such circumstances shall include (but are not limited to) industrial action, accident, fire, terrorism, Act of God or failure to deliver by suppliers or carriers.
Our Returns Policy
It is important that you check your order or items upon receipt and always before use. If any errors occur or issues arise then these need to be reported to us immediately so we can investigate.
Before attempting to return an order you will need to email sales@alpha-grooming.com to request a returns authorisation number. Without this number it can be difficult to process your return meaning the process may take longer.
Your Statutory Rights
Our Returns Policy does not affect your statutory rights. For more information about your other statutory rights, please visit the UK Government's website at: www.direct.gov.uk.
How Do I Return Unwanted items?
You have the right to return unwanted items within 14 days of receipt without giving reason. The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire physical possession of the goods. To exercise the right to cancel, you must first inform us of your decision to return the unwanted items by emailing us at sales@alpha-grooming.com. We will need to know your order number, the item you want to return and the reason for return. Upon receipt of these details we will provide you with a unique returns authorisation number and all the necessary information to arrange the return.
The items you are returning must be unopened and in pristine condition in their original packaging and any retail seals must be unbroken. The items must be returned to us within 7 working days following your email notification to us expressing your wish to return the items. Please ensure a copy of your invoice/receipt accompanies the return along with the authorisation number given to you.
Please package the item securely and you will need to obtain a proof of postage receipt when you send your item to us. Proof of postage does not cost anything but without it we may not be able to process your refund or replacement in the rare event that your item is lost in transit. If you request a replacement and the product is no longer available, we will process a refund back to the original account used to purchase the item. Any item you have accepted and then returned is your responsibility until it reaches us. Please therefore ensure that you send your item back to us using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.
Goods returned damaged due to poor packaging will not entitle you to a full refund. Your Statutory Rights are not affected.
Upon receipt of your returned items we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, except for supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay and not later than:
(a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied; or
(b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
What Should I Do If I Receive an Incorrect Item?
We have high standards when it comes to packaging your order however mistakes can occur from time to time. Please accept our apologies if you have received an incorrect item.
To notify us of an incorrect item please email us within 48 hours of receipt of the item at sales@alpha-grooming.com. We will need to know your order number and details of the item that is incorrect.
We will do our upmost to resolve your query with speed, ease and with absolute minimal inconvenience. We will review each case individually when considering the return of the product; in some cases we may require further information such as pictures so we can choose the best course of action. Our aim is to provide the best solution for you as quickly as possible.
What Should I Do If My Item is Damaged?
Although we take care to prevent any damage to your goods during transit it is possible that problems may arise. Please accept our apologies if you have received a damaged item. We ask that you do not refuse delivery, instead accept the goods and contact us immediately. Refusal may actually result in a delay of the parcel being returned.
You can contact us within 48 hours of receiving the damaged item through sending an email to sales@alpha-grooming.com. We will need to know your order number and details of the damaged item. Please attach any pictures you have of the damage to the message. A member of our team will review the details and offer the best resolution to resolve your query.
How Do I Report a Fault With My Product?
Please accept our apologies if you believe there is a fault with your item, we take all complaints regarding the quality of our products seriously and we will need to investigate the reported fault in more detail. In order to do this we ask that you email us at sales@alpha-grooming.com. Please provide details of the fault and where possible attach pictures to your message.
Will You Refund My Postage Costs to Return an Item?
We are more than happy to refund postage costs to return an item where the return is required due to our error. For instance:
- If we sent you the wrong item
- If the item is damaged or faulty
- Where you are returning a substitute item that you do not want to keep
We will not refund postage costs to return items that are unwanted or no longer required. These costs will need to be covered by you, again we recommend using a delivery service that insures you for the value of the goods.

You must have registered on our website to write a review. We thank you for sharing your views with us and other customers, however all reviews will be checked before they are posted to the site so please follow our guidelines.
Reviews:
• Must be relevant to the product in question and not be related to your experience in buying or having the item delivered.
• Must not contain derogatory comments directed towards other reviewers.
• Must not contain content that might be considered unlawful, harassing, libelous, abusive, sexually gratuitous, threatening, harmful, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material.
• Must not make false statements, defame or impersonate others.
• Must not contain spamming, advertising, HTML or computer script.
• Must not contain personal information about anyone; including you; such as phone numbers, postal addresses or credit card numbers.
• Must not be submitted by suppliers or manufacturers.
If you submit a review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable, and fully sub-licensable right to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, create derivative works from, distribute, and display such content throughout the world in any media.
You grant Alpha Grooming the right to use the name that you submit in connection with such content, if we choose. You agree to waive your right to be identified as the author of such content and your right to object to derogatory treatment of such content.
All Competitions
These rules will be deemed incorporated into each competition except to the extent that any specific instruction in a competition provides otherwise. By entering the competition entrants will be deemed to have read and understood these terms and be bound by them. All of our decisions will be final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into.
Competitions are only open to residents of the UK (excluding Northern Ireland). All entrants are to be aged 18 or over unless any other age restriction is specified or implied.
All entries must be received by the closing date specified in the competition. Answers will be entered upon submission. No responsibility will be taken for any answers that are misdirected, lost for technical or other reasons or received after the closing date.
We reserve the absolute right to disqualify without notice any entries to any competition which we consider have used improper technical means to enter and/or we believe is fraudulent.
Entrants are liable for their costs to access computer networks.
We will not be liable for or accept any responsibility for: (i) any failure by the winner or any entrant to comply with these terms and conditions; (ii) any disruption, delay or misdirection of entries; or (iii) any server, system or network failures, malfunctioning or inaccessibility.
We shall be the promoter of all competitions subject to these terms and conditions unless stated otherwise.
Prizes
If for any reason an advertised prize is unavailable we reserve the right at our absolute discretion to substitute a similar prize of equivalent or greater value.
Only one prize will be awarded per household.
There will be no cash or other alternative to the prize offered and prizes are not transferable.
Notification
The winner's name will be selected in a random draw, after the closing date, from all correct answers received.
The winner of a prize will be notified within 28 days after the winner has been ascertained.
Please allow 28 days for delivery of all prizes.
If the winner of the competition is unable to take up a prize for any reason or if the winner cannot be notified after reasonable efforts having been made then we may dispose of the prize as we think fit without any liability to the winner for having done so.
For each competition, only one prize will be awarded per entrant / email address. Names of winners will be available on request.
Notices
All notices / communications shall be given to us by email to sales@alpha-grooming.com. Such notice will be deemed received in full during working hours on a business day and on the next business day if the email is sent outside working hours on a business day or on a weekend or public holiday.
Jurisdiction
These terms and conditions and the relationship between you and Alpha Grooming along with your use of this website and any dispute arising out of such use of the website is subject to the laws of England and Wales.
Severance
If any part of the terms shall be deemed unlawful, void or for any reason unenforceable, then that provision shall be deemed severable from these terms and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the terms.
Waiver
No waiver by us shall be construed as a waiver of any proceeding or succeeding breach of any provision.
Entire Agreement
These terms form the entire basis of any agreement reached between you and us.
